Refund & Return Policy

This refund policy applies to the TrackMaster software licenses subscription .

 You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the license key has not yet been activated.

 By ticking the "I agree to Olomotion's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" box at checkout  in order to complete the purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree that once the license key is activated, you lose your right to cancel subscription under the 14-day cooling-off period.

• If the license key has not been activated within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund  upon request.
• Once the license key has been activated (entered into the software), the subscription becomes non-refundable.

 If the requirements are met and you wish to request a refund, please contact us at  support@sarkstudios.com. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5–7 business days.

 We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated purchases and refund requests).
